Design in a Box offers pre-designed interior design packages curated by a professional interior design company. Each package is created for a specific room type and sold as a single, all-inclusive product.

All packages are fixed, pre-designed, and non-customizable.

2. No Customization Policy

Design in a Box packages are sold as-is. The Client selects an existing package and applies it to their space.

The Company does not offer custom modifications, substitutions, partial purchases, redesigns, or revisions.

3. Images & Product Representation

All images displayed are for illustrative design purposes only. Delivered products will be very similar in style, scale, and quality, but exact matches are not guaranteed.

Variations in color, texture, materials, proportions, or model may occur due to availability or supplier changes. Such variations do not constitute defects.

4. Delivery & Shipping

Design in a Box packages include physical products shipped directly from third-party suppliers.

• Split shipments may occur
• Delays may occur due to carriers, suppliers, customs, or force majeure

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. The Company will assist with carrier claims when applicable but is not responsible for carrier-related losses or delays.

6. Inventory Availability & Out of Stock

In rare cases of inventory unavailability, the Company may:

• Substitute items of similar style, quality, and value, or
• Issue a refund for the affected portion or the entire package

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear.

7. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

All Design in a Box packages are Final Sale. No returns, refunds, or cancellations will be accepted once an order is placed, except in cases of confirmed inventory unavailability as outlined above.

8. Client Responsibility

The Client is responsible for verifying measurements, access points, elevator clearance, and compliance with building or HOA regulations.

9. Installation & Execution Disclaimer

Design in a Box does not include installation, assembly, contractor coordination, construction services, or project management.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the package. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, packages, visuals, and combinations are the intellectual property of Sakuris Inc. Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license for private use only.

12. Privacy Policy & Advertising

We collect personal and technical information to process orders, communicate with clients, and improve our services.
